LG G3 Smartphone

Flagship LG G3

Stunning look

On Monday launched its new flagship smart phone LG G3. The phone is priced at Rs.47,990 for        16GB and Rs.50,990 for 32GB and would be available in three colors.

LG G3 is the newest flagship in the G series of smart phones from LG.Two impressive things about G3 is button less body and super sharp edge. The button less bottom is because of the rear key as present  in LG G2..The device will boast a quad HD 2560 x 1440 pixels display with an eye-watering pixel density of 538 ppi. The display has an amazing pixel density of 538ppi, a number that bests the displays of HTC M8 and Samsung S5 (432ppi).

 Metallic back looks quite stunning

The metallic back looks quite stunning

G3 has a removable back cover i.e a departure from unibody design which is present in most of the smart phones available today. The back portion sports a brushed metal finish, which looks and feels very plush. The rear panel, though plastic, has metallic finish which leaves no traces of fingerprints.
The rear mounted buttons feel a lot more ergonomic as well when compared to the G2. It’s easier   to find the right button you’re looking for without fumbling too much.

Apple Black Hole Phone

Technology is growing at a fast pace and you never know what's next to come, say, for example in 2020.These days Apple is working on 3D display using holographic images called Apple Black Hole. This is an advanced 2020 technology.

Apple is known for its iPhone and iPad. The iPads are now coming with a new phone called "Apple Black Hole".It is designed using the 3D Holography Technology. This technology helps to navigate through the myriad of programs.

This virtual technology of 3D display with holographic images was designed by Josselin Zaigouche, a French designer. This device has an elusive holographic screen. It also has the recharging base, prism, the Black hole handset and the Gift box.

The holographic phone has a central mouse ball that levitates and allows the user to control all the phone functions and applications in mid-air.While charging, the Black Hole becomes a desktop application with full functionalities and still projecting the needed interface.

Let's hope such technology will be available in the near future and hopefully it will be Eco-friendly as well.

Thinker Toys

e-Waste to e-learning tool
Thinker toys
Every year a staggering 50 million metric tons of e-waste like TVs, computers and cellphones are deposited in landfills.Hoping to make use of all the electronic waste piling up in landfills, Thinker Toys creator DhairyaDand came up with an interesting idea. Dand plans to create low-cost Arduino based chips called open TOYS that plug directly into used electronics that are found in landfills such as keyboards, headphones or monitors. These are designed to be used as fun, educational tool for children.

Keyano, keyboard that is piano. The Keyano module features a small speaker, and maps each of the keys of a connected PS/2 computer keyboard to a different sound.

RandoMath

RandoMath sports an LED screen that flashes mathematical puzzles which are answered using the keyboard.

Storynory

It is like a library in our packet. It contains the funny stories in local language. This would be plugged into the speaker for collaborative storytelling or use headphones for personal use.

TV++

It connects to old TV or CRT monitors and to control add a keyboard or a mouse. Thus a mini-computer is created which can be used for educational purpose.

The ultimate goal of Thinker Toys is an entirely open source platform that allows anybody from around the world to develop their own designs, opening the door to endless possibilities for used and tossed aside electronics.

Transparent Mobile Phone

The transparent smartphone used by Tony Stark in Iron Man 2 might have caught your fancy. Fret no more, because smartphones incorporating such technology are soon going to be available at retail outlets if this Taiwanese mobile company succeeds. - See more at: http://www.techtree.com/content/news/3110/transparent-phone-buy.html#sthash.LJJLxWOt.dpuf

Polytron creates World’s First Transparent Mobile Phone.Polytron has now created working prototype of a transparent mobile phone.

Polytron, a Taiwan based company has created a phone that is fully transparent and only the circuit board, memory card and camera unit is visible. It is a touchscreen phone that has a fully functional SIM tray, SD card slot, microphone and camera. However, the phone does not yet have an operating system.

The technology used in these phones are Polyvision Privacy Glasses. It allows a device to turn transparent when an electric current is passed through it. They’ve also used microscopic wires that have been fed directly into the glass that make it barely visible to the naked eye.

The phone's glass has been toughened to resist extra scratch and shatter, despite being only 0.5 cm thick.Compared with iPhone 5, the prototype is 25 percent lighter with a 4.3-inch screen i.e 0.3 inch larger than the iPhone 5's. It can be touch-activated only on one side, but can display images on both front and back.

Polytron has also revealed that they plan to release a fully functional device in limited quantities by the end of the year 2013.Its price will not be revealed until closer to the release, but it will definitely be cheaper than the iPhone 5.

So Frdz enjoy ur new year with Transparent Mobile phones!!!!!!!!!!!
